As a project manager and leader, he is reliably focused on the goals and not bothered with the trappings of fancy surroundings. Johan is a builder of bridges who communicates well with people from all disciplines.

When he is not crunching numbers or developing strategy he is happiest when relaxing with his family or cross country skiing.
