Bjørn is one of our real heavyweights, with decades of experience as a consultant, program and project manager and line manager in both the public and private sectors. In addition, he has more than 10 years’ experience in strategic customer consulting, portfolio management and change management. Although Bjørn has much of his education from the Armed Forces, he is certainly not of the ‘military’ type; we would rather describe him as both open and flexible.
